Anotation	The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the current knowledge about the ongoing pandemic COVID19, the role of antibodies and cellular immunity in the context of infection and vaccination against SARS-CoV-2. In the practical part, data obtained mainly in a prospective study of the immune response against SARS-CoV-2 in employees of the Health Institute based in Ostrava will be processed, analyzed and evaluated. The aim of this work will be to monitor cellular immunity (in the form of selected parameters) and the dynamics of antibody production in employees of the Health Institute based in Ostrava. The main goal of this work will be to map cellular immunity, its development over time with respect to infection or vaccination. We will monitor the discrepancy between cellular and humoral immunity.
