AnotationThe main aim of immunotherapy is to activate and encourage the body's own immune system to distinguish and destroy malignant cells. Chimeric antigen T cell receptor therapy, along with bispecific and trispecific antibodies, represent the most commonly used drugs in the group of immunotherapy. Although many patients profit from this treatment, there are still those who do not respond. This project is focused on immune system monitoring. Firstly, we will collect the peripheral blood and analyze a broad spectrum of cytokines. Based on the collected data, we will try to identify the subgroups of patients who can benefit from the treatment. The archived material will be used for further clinical research on immunotherapy.
