Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ostrava, announces a selection procedure for the position:
- Professional Assistant with a focus on Radiological Assistance, Radiation Protection, Radiation Physics, and Radioecology
Expected Start Date:
- February 2025 or as agreed
1 position x part-time job (10%)
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- University degree in a master's study program in natural sciences, healthcare, or a field related to the scope of the selection procedure
- Doctoral degree in the above-mentioned or a related field
- Real potential for scientific and pedagogical development
- Prerequisites for scientific research and publication activities in the given or related field
- Active knowledge of English - B2 level
- Active knowledge of Czech language – C2

Job Description:
The professional assistant ensures teaching in bachelor's and master's study programs, including supervising and opposing final theses, and participates in the development of these study programs. He or she could actively engage in publication activities in impact journals or other forms of publication outputs in accordance with the standards of creative activities at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ostrava. He or she should actively participate in scientific conferences and professional meetings. He or she may also engage in creative activities (artistic activities, research, development, innovation) and present their results.
