Financial Support

Financial support for Erasmus+ mobility is provided to students on the basis of a Grant Agreement, signed between the student and the University of Ostrava.

The grant is paid as a lump-sum contribution per month (30 days) of the mobility period, and the amount varies depending on the host country.

The purpose of the grant is to partially cover the additional expenses related to studying or working abroad (such as accommodation, travel, and living costs). Students can also receive special needs support or top-ups for green and inclusive mobility in accordance with Erasmus+ rules.
